Hens and chicks

Well we have made good use of our new tiller.  We are able to do things we always wanted to do.  We have a ditch on one side of our lawn that is not very deep.  It does not have water in it so it grows grass all year.  Well it is just a little too steep to mow sow we have been trying to find something to put there to keep the grass down.  Thanks to our new tiller we may be on the right track.  The steep grade did not bother the tiller at all it chewed up the grass and sod and left us with nice soil to plant in.  We had to pick something that spreads but stays very low.  The town worker will come by and cut down anything they can just to be nice.  So we went with hen and chicks.  They like the sun, they spread out and they stay pretty low.  We will give you an update on how our latest attempt worked out.
